Holiday apartment NELSON 71 is a very sunny luxurious duplex apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 big terraces, located in a small residence right in the middle of Zoute centre, a few footsteps away from the beach!

Self-catering spacious holiday apartment for 5 peolpe

When you enter the apartment, you will be immediately struck by its lightness coming from the big windows! At the front you will find a very airy living room with design furniture and TV corner with B&O sound system. There is a very cosy dining area where you can enjoy  your breakfast with the first rays of sun though the windows. On nice days, you can even start the day by having breakfast on the terrace adjacent to the dining area with beautiful views on the villas of Knokke. Next to the dining area you will find a small but fully equipped kitchen and practical storage room with washing machine.

On the lower level of the duplex there is also the master bedroom with dressing and ensuite bathroom (with double sink, toilet & shower/bath). And finally there is also a guest toilet.

On the top level of the residence, there is a second double bedroom with dressing, another bathroom (single sink, shower/bath) and separate toilet and finally a third smaller bedroom with a bunk bed, ideal for children! On this roof level, the ample and sunny terrace with a lounge area and sun beds and with unrivalled views, provides the perfect excuse to spend an afternoon indulging the sun or enjoying the beautiful scenery with a glass of wine together with friends or family whilst watching the sunset.

The holiday apartment is non-smoking and animals are not allowed.

It is possible to rent a private parking space (for bicycles and 1 car) in an adjacent building;

Reservation policy

After your reservation enquiry we will send you a property rental contract. In order to confirm your booking, we ask you to sign the document and return it to us within 7 days. You will also need to pay a 50% deposit via bank transfer. As soon as we have received your signed contract and payment, the reservation will be confirmed. 60 days prior to arrival, the balance needs to be paid in full.

A deposit of €250 also needs to be paid via banktransfer prior to arrival; This deposit will be repaid within 14 days of departure, once inspection of the cottage and the inventory has taken place. If damages occur, the deposit will be accordingly reduced by the cost for repairing the damages or make up for the loss. In the unlikely event that the amount of the damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, an estimate will be made for your insurer. 


Cancellation policy

  • For cancellations more than 60 days before check-in, no deposit will be reimbursed.
  • For cancellations between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival and under the condition that the full rental amount has been paid, 25% of total rental fee will be reimbursed.
  • For cancellations less than 30 days before arrival, no refund will be made.


All these conditions are fully detailed in our General Terms & Conditions document that will be sent for your information together with the rental agreement; Signing the rental agreement indicates you agree with all our terms and conditions.
